First, I would like to thank HI, CMC and NPA for the opportunity I was given to attend the Conference of States Affected by Cluster Munitions in Belgrade, as a mother, wife and person who was affected by an accident caused by cluster munitions. My name is Dusica Vuckovic. My husband was injured in 1999 during the NATO campaign in Serbia. He lost both hands, his hearing, and his lower leg was seriously injured.
