the treaty has finally been signed! But I've just found our that my neighbouring country Finland has made a decision not to sign, so Im very disapointed about that!

We build weapons because we succumb to fear and greed.

Very good Testimony and Excellent statement, God never created Man to die or becoming disable. Neither did he create cluster Munitions? Cluster bomblets are not environmental nature? Cluster Munitions are not God's will so Please world sign the convention and stop the use, stockpiling, transfer and manufacturing Cluster Munitions.
